Does anyone ever know how to describe themselves in this kind of space?

I'm 30 at the time of writing this, living with my husband and two cats in California, recently transplanted from the Boston MA area. I have a lot of dreams, a lot of thoughts, a lot of interests, and I like to write about them. I spend a lot of time thinking about how to improve my depression and GAD (generalized anxiety disorder), as well as wondering how I can help others, especially teens, who experience depression.

I don't think this blog has any real purpose except to help me think, but if it helps anyone else or is in anyway interesting, so much the better.
